Service in Action

Be The Change is one of the more than 40 organizations participating in the Journey Home OKC campaign. This collaborative of non-profits, private business partners and government agencies is committed to ending chronic homelessness in Oklahoma City.  The initiative is a continuation of the city-wide 100,000 Homes campaign that has seen over 300 chronically homeless individuals find a permanent home.

Be The Change offers an array of supports for homeless and at risk youth in the Oklahoma City metropolitan area.  Our programs for young adults are designed to meet the unique needs of transition age youth.

Be The Change facilitates the Coordinated Street Outreach project; a collaboration of 14 partner agencies providing on-the-ground case management and referrals to Oklahoma City's street homeless youth and adults.

The HIV Support Network is a multi-agency collaborative working to assist people living with HIV in navigating the healthcare system and to provide volunteers to meet needs not addressed by other resources.

Reaching out to change the lives of Oklahoma City's most marginalized.

Be The Change is an Oklahoma City based non-profit organization dedicated to inspiring and empowering people to change their world.  Through comprehensive outreach and support services, staff and volunteers connect our most marginalized and vulnerable neighbors with the resources they need to thrive.  We recognize  the value of all people and work to help them engage with their community in meaningful ways.
